Brake, transmission, exhaust and glass work is often done by specialty shops that see the same job dozens of times a week. Brake shops replace pads and rotors the same day and usually inspect for free; transmission shops rebuild or replace automatics and clutches, a multi-day job that deserves a second quote; muffler and exhaust shops weld custom pipes and replace catalytic converters, which in many states must meet emissions rules. Alignment and suspension shops fix pulling, uneven tire wear and worn shocks, and radiator shops handle overheating and cooling-system leaks. Auto glass shops replace windshields, often at your home or office, and recalibrate the driver-assistance cameras mounted behind the glass. Window tinting and car audio shops round out the group.
The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. I went in there seeking help with my motorcycle exhaust. When other shops said it was not possible or it will take days for them to even look at it. They did it for me, told me how to avoid it in the future and all with very nice attitude AND !!! charged me ... nothing.

My daughter made the mistake of taking her car to Subaru. I called The Muffler Shop and they saved us thousands of dollars and lots of time. Very reasonably priced and great service. Very trustworthy. We will definitely use them if needed in the future. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I had new exhaust installed on my 1970 Mustang and these guys went above my expectations. The professional work and timely service along with quality finish made me glad I chose this shop. I highly recommend Carl and his staff to anyone needing this type of service.

I have been doing business with Kenny, and now Kenny and Carl, for well over 20 years. Price is always fair, usually cheaper than anywhere else, and the quality of the work is second to none. Kenny and Carl have put mufflers on over 10 cars for me over the years. Never have been disappointed. If you are looking for an honest muffler shop, doing quality work, look no further.

Kenny is welcoming, straight forward, and a master of his craft! Had common sense suggestions for the install on my bolt on axle back exhaust for my ZL1 and it turned out great! He made sure to get everything perfectly lined up, measured, and level. Definitely will use again.

Top notch service. Carl helped me find the best sound for my truck. Austin came in with quality welds and the alignment was great. Little details such as painting the stock pipes black make a huge difference to the look of the truck. I would recommend them if you want any exhaust work done.

Wow! These guys are excellent. Kenny opened the doors early for me to come in and chat. Helped me decide what route to go, and we had friendly conversation throughout the entire morning. I watched the install process and they cut NO corners. I saw where they could have settled for imperfections, but they made everything right. Very impressed with their attention to detail and the overall professionalism. There may be other good muffler shops around, but I won’t use another. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
